Online:
Spectrum Materials is pleased to accept Visa and MasterCard. We
offer secure online shopping through Mal's e-commerce and PayPal. To
take advantage of this feature, simply click on the "Buy
Now" button for the items you wish to purchase and follow
the instructions to place your order and check out.
Phone and Fax:
You may place your order by phone at 1.888.412.5983,
or, you may fax our order
form to 1.910.255.0347. Please print out
the order form
and complete the information requested. Include contact information
in case there is a delay or problem in processing your order. We
must have payment before shipping unless it is a Purchase Order.
Mail and Purchase Order:
You may complete an order
form and mail it with a check made out to Spectrum
Materials. Purchase orders will be accepted from schools. Our
mailing address is Spectrum Materials, P.O. Box 3747, Pinehurst, NC,
28374.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We deliver via UPS and USPS. We try ship your order within two
week of receipt, yet delivery often depends on the time of the year
and the size of the order. It is possible for an item to go
out-of-stock after you place your order. Should this occur, the item
will be placed on backorder.
Domestic Shipping and Handling Fees
(Contiguous US):
Up to $100.00, add $10.00
$100.01 to $300.00, add $25.00
$300.01 to 600.00, add $35.00
$600.01 to 900.00, add $55.00
$900.01 and over, add 75.00
Canadian Orders:
Must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Duties and any taxes are the
customer's responsibility. Please call to order 1.888.412.5983.
International Orders:
Must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Special handling fee applies
to every international order. Please call 1.888.412.5983 or
email spectmat@aol.com
for pricing information. Shipping charges are determined by the
size, weight, and final destination of the order; we cannot
determine actual shipping charges or method until the order has been
processed. Duties and any taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Taxes
Sales Tax for North Carolina orders only. Please add the
appropriate tax for your county:
6.75% for most counties; 7% for Alexander, Catawba, Martin,
Pitt, Sampson, Surry counties; and 7.25% for Mecklenburg County.
Returns
Spectrum Materials will gladly accept the return of materials
in original condition within 30 days of the ship date. We will
refund you your entire purchase price; however, you will be
responsible for the return shipping costs.
